When something does not work, include what you did, what you expected, your GreatPing and app versions, and the output of greatping doctor --verbose. Never send pairing codes, credentials from ~/.config/greatping, or private prompts.
Accounts have no name or email, so we cannot look yours up from a message, and we never change or delete an account on request. Everything that changes your account is done in the app, on a device that belongs to it.

The command line tool is developed in the open. You can report bugs and suggest improvements in GitHub issues.
